Dear Parents, Hello, Hawk Families and Community! A Message from Principal [Name] Dear Hawk Families, As we head into this beautiful spring season, I want to take a moment to connect with you all about the busy and exciting weeks ahead at our school. There is a wonderful energy in the hallways right now as the days get longer and our students continue to soar! With Easter approaching for many in our community, it is a perfect time to reflect on the themes of renewal and hope. Whether you are celebrating the holiday or simply enjoying the transition into spring, I hope this time allows you to slow down and cherish moments with your loved ones. Gearing Up for STAAR Testing As we return, we will be entering our STAAR testing season. I know that "testing" can sometimes bring a bit of "butterflies," but I want to reassure you and our students that this is simply a chance for them to spread their wings and show off how much they’ve learned this year. Our teachers have done an incredible job preparing our scholars, and we want our Hawks to feel confident and relaxed. You can help us set them up for success by: Ensuring a good night’s sleep before testing days. Providing a healthy breakfast (or making sure they arrive on time to eat at school!).
